Made from Western Red Cedar. They are perfect for salmon or any other fish you may want to grill. 

Cedar grill planks can be used for a very wide variety of foods. To meats such as chicken, beef, fish, pork and wild game; to non-meats such as mushrooms, peppers, onions, squash, zucchini and potatoes.

This is probably the question we get asked the most about grilling planks. Our answer is: We don’t recommend it. After the first use, you will not get the same flavors the second or third time they around. When you soak a grilling plank in water and use it on the grill, the moisture that is in the wood carries the natural wood flavor out with it and into your food. That being said, if you try reusing, you will not have as much of that fresh, wood flavor left in the plank. 

How to use:

Soak plank in hot water for 15 minutes. Cover entire plank with food. Add to preheated grill or oven. Keep grill or oven closed. Cook until done. Do not leave unattended.
